  1. The United States Supreme Court is deciding if the government is responsible for the heath coverage of any citizen of the United States.

Fox News is telling it's audience that this only has to do with the Affordable Health Care Act passed by Congress. Sorry losers, but this has to do with ANY medical care for anyone without health care insurance. The 1986 law was recently amended to only specify that a hospital has to stabilize a patient before sending the patient to their primary provider.

If government mandated care is ruled unconstitutional, ALL medical care for person without insurance will be ruled unconstitutional!

That means if a guy in North Carolina brings his kid in for emergency treatment, without means to pay for it, treatment is unavailable. This could be taken one step further to mean to mean if the parents don't provide health insurance coverage, they are not legally providing for the child and the child should be placed in foster care.

  2. You are kidding right? So you are saying that if this kid from North Carolina is in an accident that cuts off his leg and is taken to the hospital that the doctor's aren't going to treat him unless he can prove he is insured? They are going to just stand around the gurney and look at each other while the kid bleeds to death? Let's tell the ambulance personnel to check his insurance card at the scene. Why bring him to the hospital at all? What if his parents are not available? What if he is at summer camp or on a school field trip? Then after the kid puts a tourniquet on himself the local CYS will come and take him to a group home? OMG! OMG! This is why America is F**ked. We actually have people running around who believe this stuff.
The Supreme Court wouldn't be deciding anything if BOBO and his henchmen hadn't pushed this corrupt piece of legislation through at midnight on Christmas Eve. There are so many programs in place already to help people in this circumstance and I've NEVER heard of any Hospital making treatment unavailable to someone that is needy. Why are you watching Fox News anyway? You are obviously way smarter then they are. When I read stupidity like this I often wish that the parent's of today's liberals would have favored practicing the abortion that they all so deeply cherish.

    1. That's Jeff for you. A complete idiot.

The government is NOT responsible for the health coverage of any citizen. In fact, if they'd butt the hell out, the cost of healthcare (the real issue) would go down.

  3. TGP,
That's the trick but, getting them to butt out is becoming increasingly difficult. The government has the "reverse Midas Touch" Almost every thing they touch turns to sh*t.

  4. In some parts of the United States, fire coverage is optional. If your house catches fire and you haven't paid the coverage, it will burn.

Current law "forces" a hospital to only stabilize a patient, then send the patient home to see their primary care provider.

A wise(?) man recently said "The government is NOT responsible for the health coverage of any citizen." Bingo and give that man a cigar! The question before the U.S. Supreme Court is whether the government can "force" anything on the states. Just because YOU think there ought to be a law doesn't make it so.

Are you trying to tell me that good little conservative right-wing fringe Republicans like you didn't watch all the Republican Debates? Remember when the question was brought up about health care and the audience yelled "LET HIM DIE!"?

"The Supreme Court wouldn't be deciding anything if BOBO and his henchmen hadn't pushed this corrupt piece of legislation through at midnight on Christmas Eve." Excuse me miss, but all Senators were there at the time, and it wasn't midnight. The vote in The House took place much later, March 21, 2010 (not when we celebrate Christmas around here).

"There are so many programs in place already to help people in this circumstance and I've NEVER heard of any Hospital making treatment unavailable to someone that is needy." Somebody's talkin' out their butt. If there were programs to help, The Affordable Health Care Act would never have been needed. And I'll repeat it again since somebody wasn't payin' attention: HOSPITALS ARE LEGALLY ONLY REQUIRED TO STABILIZE A PATIENT BEFORE SENDING THEM HOME TO SEE THEIR PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER. A HOSPITAL IS NOT REQUIRED TO TREAT ANY PATIENT WHO IS NOT IN DANGER OF IMMEDIATE DEATH.

OK, start the name calling (but it won't change the law!)

  5. How many people you speak of can be "Stabilized" then sent home? How many have such serious injuries that they stay for days, weeks or months in the hospital? Yeah and I'd like to be in the ER of some of those big city hospitals when the "uninsured po" are brought in with their posse and see the doctor REFUSE to treat them. LOL can you say, "Doctor with a Gun to his head?"
FYI you want name calling but, I won't bite on that especially since you think I'm a 'good little conservative right-wing fringe Republican."
Also, guess you missed the point that the Christmas reference was "tongue in cheek." Sorry to go off on a road map you can't follow. I'll try to stay "right" on it from now on.

  8. Under your video post there are 3 categories to check for "reaction" funny, interesting, cool.

    I was looking for 'stupid.'

How are things going on the far-right edge of the flat earth? Looks like the GOP primary voters are rejecting the far-right ideology in primary election after primary election. Perhaps they are trying to tell your cliff-hangers something.

    Are you listening?

    LOL

  9. Mr. Mud,

You have too much of an expectation for "The Onion."
Why would I favor the far right or far left of anything? I favor the funny side of things. It helps me not take extremes too seriously. Hopefully, you were able to get a laugh from the video, that's it. NO strings attached. Relax killer, all this worrying is bad for your BP.

  10. Gunny,
I love your passion. Though I'm not jumping at any of the options (from that cliff Mud has me on) I really feel four more years of this group of amateurs will be devastating.
Maybe I'll put my efforts into campaigning for Hillary. lol
