As a candidate, Barack Obama promised us that his administration would be the most transparent in history. Some of our pundits seem to think he's not being very transparent, especially Sean Hannity. But I think he has been very transparent.
For example, we were made aware of the Louisiana Purchase and the Cornhusker Kickback almost as soon as they happened. And today we find out about the Utah Honeypot. It seems to me that Obama has no problem letting us all see his Chicago corruption politics. If buying a vote in Congress is acceptable , legal practice, what is it that Rod Blagojavich is being charged for? Blago didn't do anything that Obama, Reid and Pelosi aren't doing. In fact, Blago didn't use taxpayer money for any corrupt purpose. What gives Harry Reid the ability to waive Nebraska's fiscal responsibilities? I don't believe he had that to give. Why isn't he being impeached?
We have come to a place in America where honest, honorable men must stand up and demand that these blatantly dishonest men and women remove themselves from public service. We must not let our country, the shining beacon on the hill, fall prey to the parasites within her. If AIG and Citigroup are too big to fail, why are they letting My Country slide into ruin. I swore an oath and I am bound by that oath. Foreign or domestic, I will fight and defeat the enemies of this nation.
