Should parents of US KIA's pay Federal income taxes?

I don't think that word means what you think it does.

President Barak Obama has been running all over the country demanding that everyone pay their "fair" share. I actually agree with that, until he qualifies it with "the rich need to dig a little deeper."

Last year, I paid zero in federal and state income taxes.  Last year I used more government services than any year prior, but I didn't chip in at all for those services.  In my humble opinion, I did not pay my fair share.  But, I did receive something called the earned income credit, which took money from someone else, who presumably earned it, and gave it to me.  I did not earn it.  I did however, spend it.  And, if I get it again this year, which unless Barry does fix the economy I most certainly will, I will spend it again, in what has been a three and a half year struggle to not be foreclosed on.  Which, by the way Mud, and all other liberal f@#kwads reading this, I do not qualify for any Federal Government assistance on my mortgage.  Thank God for the Feds, eh?

So what does Obama think "fair" means?

fair

1   [fair]  Show IPA adjective, fair·er, fair·est,adverb, fair·er, fair·est, noun, verb
adjective
1.
free from bias, dishonesty, or injustice: a fair decision; a fairjudge.
2.
legitimately sought, pursued, done, given, etc.; proper underthe rules: a fair fight.
3.
moderately large; ample: a fair income.
4.
neither excellent nor poor; moderately or tolerably good: fairhealth.
5.
marked by favoring conditions; likely; promising: in a fair wayto succeed.
None of these examples seem to cover the context of Mr. Obama's tirades against the "rich."  It seems to me that he thinks because the rich are, well, rich, they should pay more than the non-rich.  That just doesn't seem fair to me, and I am definitely non-rich.  A fairer statement would be the one below, in which the Great Untapered Turd let slip the real truth:

"We can't just cut our way out of this hole. It's going to take a balanced approach," Obama said. "It's only right that we ask everyone to pay their fair share."
Everyone would include the non-rich, right Barry?

  1. "Fair" in libspeak means "everyone" except for their protected classes of supporters who will be reaping the most benefit from the "fairness".

  2. Liberals also believe that some people are more equal than others.

  3. Tenth,

You can never go wrong by assuming that a Liberal (Democrat, Socialist, Progressive, whatever) is always lying to you.

  4. TGP- Fair is the color of your skin. It is also the only place you can probably afford to take your kids.

If you come out my way for a good amount of time, let me know, and bring your tools. If you're as good as a carpenter as you said, I should have no problem finding you side-work.

  5. Interpreting Lib-Speak requires that people pay attention and call them on it as you did on this one TGP. Well done !
